Karen is lovely. From the moment we first meet her at the house viewing she welcomed our family spoke to all of us which the kids thought was great that she included them. Very professional had great local knowledge about the area and on things etc we could do and visit. Her communication is second to none always answers and gets back to you very promptly. We are very pleased and supper happy we have Karen as our property manager. We can't rate her enough and we recommend her to others.
